Quality Assurance

Over the past 5 years, we have provided quality services and products to the telecommunications industry. First Wireless Group, Inc. has been and continues to be 100% committed to the continual improvement of our corporate quality process. This commitment is reflected by our management's focus on implementing corrective actions, benchmarking and continuous training programs. Quality teams are in place to review, audit and recommend improvements in all of our quality systems.

  • First Wireless Group has both general and specific documented Quality Procedures for all manufacturers' equipment. Our procedure initiates upon receipt of merchandise in our warehouse facility and continues through each individual process of repair and refurbishment. Quality control inspection is performed to specific product flow in receiving, scanning, flashing, test, repair/rework, assembly, and shipping.
  • Our quality procedure of 100%+ provides for inspection of each and every wireless product plus in addition we provide for a random sampling of those previously inspected products, thus the 100%+ quality inspection by First Wireless Group. Any and all returned merchandise is handled by our Quality Inspection Team to review and ascertain the specific findings of the returns.
