currently has sophisticated channels
in place for complete order processing,
live inventory data, work in process
status, point of sale, order fulfillment,
product return tracking, DOA returns,
repair trends for both in and out
of warranty handset and system disaster
along with a casualty recovery plan.
We also have customer support teams
in place to handle our customers'
needs.
- Bulk Fulfillment
First Wireless Group can
bulk ship in accordance
with our customers specific
criteria including re-boxing,
re-kitting and re-labeling.
- Direct Fulfillment
First Wireless Group will
support this program via
an extranet site in accordance
with the proprietary program
to be developed.
- Data and Server Requirements
All data recorded or mass
storage is backed up on
tapes daily to ensure against
localized software, operational
or hardware failure.
