| Steps for repair of cellular phones |
| Complete our online Repair Authorization Form |
| Please note that you need to be registered and logged into
our website to access this form. We do ask that you print a copy of the form
to be included with your repair. |
| Package the handset and include any necessary documentation |
| Please remove the battery and ensure that the handset is well
wrapped and packaged. Please do not send the phone in its original box and
do not return the battery or any accessories to us. Do include a copy of the
online repair authorization and any required Proof of Purchase. Please note
we cannot be held responsible for any phones damaged in transit. |
| Proof of Purchase |
| Should proof of purchase be required, please be sure to include
a copy of the original sales receipt. This should include the date of purchase,
Model, ESN and customer name and address. |
| Ship your phone to our repair center |
Once the phone has been properly packaged with the required
documentation, please ship it to our repair center:

| Initial Inspection |
Once your phone is received at our repair center, we will
perform an initial inspection. It is at this time that we will determine if
the problem with your phone is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or if
we will need to provide an estimate for the repair. If an estimate is required
for us to continue, you will be notified via email and will be asked to log
in to the M.C. Service Partners website where you can give electronic approval directing
us to estimate the cost of repair, or simply request that the phone be sent
back to you unrepaired. All out of warranty phones are subject
to a shipping fee as described in the section below.
Please note that if we do not receive a response from you within 30 days
of our request for repair approval or repair payment, M.C. Service Partners will reserve the right to dispose of
the subject phones at our discretion. |
| Repair Estimate |
Upon electronic approval for a repair estimate, M.C. Service Partners
will perform a detailed inspection of your handset to determine the cause of
failure and provide a repair estimate. You will be notified via email and will
be asked to log in to the M.C. Service Partners website where you can approve the
repair, or request that the phone be sent back to you unrepaired. You will
be asked to pay for the repair and any shipping and handling fees via our website
at this time.
Please note that if we do not receive a response from you within 30 days
of our request for repair approval or repair payment, M.C. Service Partners will reserve the right to dispose of
the subject phones at our discretion. |
| Payment |
You will be notified via email when to pay for our repair
services. You will be asked to log in to the M.C. Service Partners website and submit
payment via credit or check card before your phone is returned.
Please note that if we do not receive a response from you within 30 days
of our request for repair payment, M.C. Service Partners will reserve the right to dispose of
the subject phones at our discretion. |
| Handling and shipping fees |
|
All out of warranty phones that are returned without repair (basic triage) will be subject to a $28.00 triage fee. This
includes any phone found to have liquid damage or demonstrates signs of customer abuse. If no trouble is found on an out
of warranty phone, the $28.00 triage fee will apply. Also, if an estimate is provided but you choose not to have the phone
repaired the $28.00 triage fee will apply.
