First Wireless Group is in development
of a secure extranet site for
our clients' employees and managers
to expedite, analyze and monitor
the progress of wireless repairs.
Registered members will be able
to use this site based on the
access levels that will be established.
Members will be required to
login using a store ID or member
ID and password. The viewing
options to navigate throughout
the various sections of the
extranet site will be customized
based on the access level of
the member. A manager will,
for example, be given access
to a wide scope of reports on
repair processes. A search engine
will allow users to search the
content of the site.
