First Wireless Group maintains a secured facility of the building perimeter by 24 hour central alarm system. Our facility is also patrolled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, First Wireless Group employs a guard on premise to secure inventory. All department supervisors have background checks done by an outside service prior to employment. Periodically, upper management does a visual walk around inspection and inventory check to insure the highest standard of security. First Wireless Group maintains above average insurance coverage for liability, fire and theft.

The security of MIN and ESN information is secured on a mainframe system by security-encrypted sign on codes. Our operation is set up that a particular unit must continue through our checks and balances system in order to be properly taken out of our inventory. The customer database is proprietary information, which can be accessed only by top First Wireless Group management.
